Now most large businesses have developed an EVP are they really clear what to do next? How well do they use it to attract and engage the talent they need and what are the leaders in the market doing? We wondered whether this may be an area you are focusing on? On Tuesday, 15th April People in Business are hosting a morning learning session about content marketing and I wondered if this may be of interest to your business?

You’ll hear from people who have overcome some of the content challenges, plus leading producers of content who know what it takes to get cut-through. Richard Mosley, Global head of employer brand consulting and author of ‘Employer Brand Management’, will give a state of the nation on content marketing and the changes in media behaviours that are driving the shift. Leslie Rogers, Senior Employer Brand Consultant, will share tangible examples and inspiration from the worlds of consumer and recruitment marketing. We will also be joined by Jennifer Veevers from BP, award-winning blogger Mervyn Dinnen and our very own Nathan Perrott who will form part of a panel who will respond to the themes from the presentations and questions from the round table discussions we have planned.
